ARTICLE 1 – GAME ORGANIZATION
The boat Le Son de la Terre organizes free competitions with no purchase necessary, broadcast on Instagram via the official account @Sondelaterre.
ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
The competition is open to any individual over the age of 18 residing in metropolitan France, with the exception of the organizer's staff and their families. Participation implies unreserved acceptance of these rules.
ARTICLE 3 – TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
To participate, users must:
- Follow the Instagram account @sondelaterre (and those of the operation's partner accounts).
- Like the contest post.
- Comment on the post by mentioning your friends .
- (Optional) Share the post in your story for an extra chance (if mentioned in the contest).
Participation is limited to one per person and per Instagram account.
ARTICLE 4 – DESIGNATION OF THE WINNER
The winner(s) will be drawn at random from among the participants who meet all the participation requirements. The draw will take place on the date indicated in the competition announcement.
The winner will be contacted via private message on Instagram by the official account @Sondelaterre. They will have 48 hours to reply and confirm their win; otherwise, a new draw will be held.
ARTICLE 5 – ENDOWMENT
The prize is detailed in the contest's Instagram post and may include:
- A dinner-concert for two people at Son de la Terre (including starter, main course, dessert, a drink and concert ticket).
- A brunch for two people at Son de la Terre.
The prize is nominative, non-exchangeable and cannot give rise to any cash refund or compensation of any kind.
ARTICLE 6 – RESPONSIBILITIES
Le Son de la Terre cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control that prevent the proper conduct of the contest. Instagram is neither the organizer nor the sponsor of this contest.
ARTICLE 7 – PERSONAL DATA
The information collected for this competition is intended solely for the organizer to contact the winners. It will not be sold or given to third parties and will be deleted after the competition ends.
ARTICLE 8 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE REGULATIONS
Participation in the competition implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules. Any fraud or attempted fraud will result in the participant's immediate disqualification.
