A sweet and savory formula that makes everyone agree
Here, the brunch consists of two dishes to choose from , a sweet and a salty. On the sweet side, let yourself be tempted by a fresh and vitamin bowl Açai , or by a meringue pavlova to the skyr, peaches and apricots. On the salty side, make way for generosity: Snacked octopus , frog apples, cherry and black olive tomatoes ... or a potato waffle garnished with burrata, smoked salmon, candied tomatoes and squash seeds. All accompanied, of course, with a homemade babka or a cinnamon roll .
