Article 1 - Organization of the game
The boat The sound of the land organizes free unit without obligation to purchase, broadcast on Instagram via the official @Sondelaterre account.
Article 2 - Conditions of participation
The competition is open to any adult natural person residing in mainland France, with the exception of the staff of the organizer and their families. Participation implies unreserved acceptance of these regulations.
Article 3 - Terms of participation
To participate, users must:
- Follow the Instagram account @Sondelaterre (and those of the partner accounts of the operation).
- Love the publication of the competition.
- Comment on the publication by mentioning his friends .
- (Optional) Share the publication in Story for an additional chance (if mentioned in the competition).
Participation is limited to one per person and by Instagram account.
Article 4 - Designation of the winner
The winner (s) will be drawn among the participants respecting all the conditions of participation. The draw will be made on the date indicated in the publication of the competition.
The winner will be contacted in private message on Instagram by the official @Sondelaterre account. He will have 48 hours to answer and confirm his gain, failing which a new draw will be made.
Article 5 - Endowment
The batch put into play is detailed in the Instagram publication of the competition and may include:
- A concert dinner for two people to the sound of the earth (including starter, main course, dessert, a drink and concert place).
- A brunch for two people to the sound of the earth.
The lot is nominative, non -exchangeable and cannot give rise to any refund in cash or consideration of any kind.
Article 6 - Responsibilities
The sound of the earth cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure or for events independent of its will preventing the smooth running of the competition. Instagram is neither an organizer nor sponsor of this contest.
Article 7 - Personal data
The information collected as part of the competition is intended exclusively for the organizer to contact the winners. They will not be sold or sold to third parties and will be deleted after the end of the competition.
Article 8 - Acceptance of the regulations
Participation in the competition implies full acceptance of these regulations. Any fraud or attempted fraud will result in the immediate exclusion of the participant.
