Autumn is here, and Le Son de la Terre invites you to savor its new seasonal menu, designed to warm your taste buds during a dinner concert. Come and try dishes that blend tradition and creativity in a warm atmosphere, at the foot of Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris.

Starters : Begin in style with a mille-feuille of gravlax salmon with gin and pink peppercorns, a Simmental beef tataki, or a creamy cep mushroom soup with roasted hazelnuts.

Main Courses : Continue with revisited classics such as the Katsu Burger with sweet potato fries, a Skrei cod en papillote, or the Iberian pork pluma, served with piperade and olives. For vegetarians, the ricotta and spinach ravioli are enhanced by an Italian Tartufata cream sauce.

Cheeses and Desserts : Finish on a sweet note with a trio of mature cheeses, a Montebello rum baba with autumn red fruits, or a chocolate mousse delicately flavored with citrus zest.
