SOUL BRASILEIRA JAZZ is a vibrant and elegant concert featuring Brazilian singer, composer and performer Anna Torres, who has been living in France for over twenty years.

Through this show, Anna pays tribute to three immense Black artists who have marked the history of music through their artistic freedom, vocal power, and commitment:

• Nina Simone

Between Brazilian rhythms, soul groove, jazz and emotion, Anna Torres also offers her own original compositions, blending Afro-Brazilian influences, poetry, stage energy and multicultural identity.

This concert is a celebration of women, artistic freedom, and the musical dialogue between Brazil, Africa, and American jazz.
