In the music of Color  Impulse , Mathias Wallerand explores the full range of his breath with the dynamics of Naouel Sissoko's voice. The resulting music blends listening and dancing thanks to several years of collaboration with the other members of the group.

They forge a unique path at the confluence of written and oral traditions, color and sound, the West, the East, and Africa. Jazz blends with Afrobeat groove, funk rhythms, and soul.
