A sophisticated reinterpretation of Dave Brubeck's music with an atypical instrumentation: Marimba, vibraphone, accordion, saxophone.

For the past few years, Guillaume Saint-James and Didier Ithursarry have shared a magnificent journey: concertos with the National Orchestra of Brittany, tours in Europe and the United States, and encounters with the Brubeck brothers… it is precisely from their music, at once popular and sophisticated, sometimes naive but always inspired, that they offer us this new trio with vibraphonist and marimba player David Patrois. The alchemy of the four instruments works wonders; the marimba-accordion combination in particular transports us to exotic lands, Guillaume's expressiveness on the saxophone is magnified by the vibraphone textures, and Dave Brubeck's music is thereby enhanced, regenerated, and imbued with poetry.

David Patrois – Vibraphone;
Didier Ithursarry – Accordion;
Guillaume Saint James – Saxophones
