General conditions of privatization

These general conditions of sale apply to the services provided by the establishment: any reservation implies acceptance of these conditions on the part of the customer. Only the specific clauses of the agreements signed with the customer may supplement, specify or even deviate from these conditions of sale.

I. Validity of the quote

This quote is valid for two months following the date of issue.

II. Billing

Prices are specified excluding tax (excluding tax) or including tax (all taxes included). Their nature (firm or revisable) and their amount are specified in the special conditions. Any additional services to the accepted quote, requested by the Customer, will be subject to additional invoicing.

III. Payments and Deposit

A deposit of 5,000th for semi-privatizations and 10,000th for privatizations is due upon signing the Contract.
Any deposit paid will be retained in the event of cancellation, if this cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the date of the event (see V- Cancellation). The balance of the invoice must be paid no later than the day of receipt by check, bank transfer or credit card.
In the event of non-payment of the balance within the deadlines indicated, SAS Son de la Terre reserves the right not to allow the Client access to the privatized spaces. As a penalty clause and in application of legal provisions, any late payment will give rise to the application of a penalty equal to three times the legal interest rate, as well as to the payment of fixed compensation for processing costs. recovery of 40 euros (Article L441-6 of the Commercial Code).

IV. Reservation clause

We reserve the right to refuse or accept reservations at our sole discretion. We may refuse a booking if we believe the event does not fit with our philosophy or branding, or if the event could disrupt our regular activities.

V. Clause prohibiting commercial activity

Customers are not authorized to use the space of our establishment, SAS Son de la Terre to carry out commercial or lucrative activities, such as the sale of products or services, the collection of donations or the holding of lotteries. Events must be intended exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes. We reserve the right to immediately terminate any event which breaches this clause, without prejudice to our right to damages in the event of financial loss or damage to our brand image.

VI. Bail

In the event of total privatization of spaces, an inventory will be carried out before and after the event.
A deposit may be requested from the customer (not collected). In the absence of damage, SAS Son de la Terre undertakes to destroy the deposit within 15 days after the end of the event. Otherwise, the situation will be discussed between SAS Son de la Terre and the Client.

VII. Changing the number of people and spaces

Any modification to the number of people participating in the event must be made within the deadlines mentioned below:
• From 1 to 5 people: 3 working days
• Beyond 20 people: 7 working days
In the event of non-compliance with these deadlines:
• If the number of participants is less than the number announced, the order will be invoiced
• If, conversely, the number of participants is greater than the number announced, SAS Son de la Terre reserves the right to refuse this addition. If the request is accepted, an additional invoice will be issued.

VIII. Extension of the event

Extending the event beyond the mentioned time will result in additional invoicing covering the following points:
– The Security Guard and staff: €30 excluding VAT per hour and per staff.
– SAS Son de la Terre: €600 excluding VAT per hour

IX. Cancelation

In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid will not be refunded if this cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the date of the event. In the event of cancellation linked to a case of force majeure (COVID, curfew, etc.) which would prevent the event from being carried out, the deposit is retained and the event postponed to a later date convenient to both parties, at no additional cost, including the following year.

X. Losses and breakages

In the event of loss or breakage of equipment used upon receipt, caused by the Customer, these will be invoiced directly to the Customer.

XI. Territorial jurisdiction

Jurisdiction is granted to the Paris Commercial Court which will have sole jurisdiction to the exclusion of all others, even in the event of a warranty claim or multiple defendants.

Conditions of sale of concert tickets: SAS Son de la Terre

1. Object

These general conditions of sale govern the sale of tickets for events organized in the Son de la Terre concert hall (hereinafter referred to as “the Hall”).

2. Tickets

2.1. Tickets are sold exclusively by the Hall or its authorized partners.

2.2. Tickets are sold for a specific event and are not exchangeable or refundable unless the event is canceled.

2.3. Tickets cannot be resold at a price higher than that shown on the ticket, in accordance with the law.

3. Prices and payments

3.1. Ticket prices are indicated in euros and include VAT.

3.2. Payment for tickets can be made by credit card, check or cash, according to the terms offered by the Hall.

3.3. In the event of non-payment or partial payment, the Hall reserves the right to refuse access to the event.

4. Access to the room

4.1. Access to the Hall is reserved for people with a valid ticket for the event in question.

4.2. La Salle reserves the right to refuse access to any person who is intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, as well as to people who threaten public order or security.

4.3. The opening hours of the Room are indicated on the ticket and may be modified without notice if necessary.

5. Responsibility of the room

5.1. La Salle declines all responsibility in the event of loss or theft of tickets.

5.2. La Salle declines all responsibility in the event of cancellation or postponement of the event for reasons beyond its control, in particular in the event of force majeure.

5.3. The Salle can only be held liable for direct damage caused by its fault.

6. Intellectual property

6.1. The intellectual property rights relating to the events organized in the Hall (in particular copyright) are the exclusive property of their respective owners.

6.2. Any reproduction, representation or use of elements protected by copyright is strictly prohibited, unless expressly authorized by the rights holder.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These general conditions of sale are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
